Inspiration to Design: "Pom Collection"

A lot of people ask me where I get my inspiration from when creating my jewelry designs and my usual response is everywhere. And I'm not kidding! I wanted to do a post to help show this process of inspiration to design. My latest collection is one full of neon brights, pom poms, and thread wrapped branches and the ideas continue to flow. I'm still in the process of making more items inspired by these summer colors, shapes, and patterns.

Inspiration: ( I do not own any of these photos)

And now my collection:

And there it is. I couldn't be more excited and I can't wait to make more things inspired by these few images that I've shared with you!

A few of the items pictured are now available to purchase in my Storenvy shop:

A few are still a work in progress and there is definitely more to come.

Hope you enjoyed seeing a glimpse into my idea flow!

Illustration: Apak

Collaboration art team Aaron & Ayumi Piland also known as Apak have some beautiful illustrations I just had to share! The dark ones are my favorite, because they look like little creatures from another world & I love the contrasting colors.

Check out the rest of their artwork in their Etsy Shop and Website.
